I would suggest you look at Whitireia Community Polytechnic. They don't have specific pattisserie course but they have commercial cookery. But if you want the best school that offers Pattisserie course, I would suggest Le Cordon Bleu in Australia or At-Sunrice Global Academy in Singapore.
